Rental regulations

Before making your reservation, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the rules to follow in order to ensure that our chalets are the right place for your vacation.

SCHEDULE

Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m. and departures must be made no later than 11:00 a.m.

  • The tenant agrees to respect the schedule

  • Failure to respect the departure time will incur costs for each successive hour

  • No compensation and / or refund will be granted to the tenant for a late arrival, an early departure and / or a date error on the part of the tenant.

OUR CHALETS ARE SMOKE FREE

All types of smoke are prohibited in our chalets

  • Any additional cleaning costs related to the presence of smoke odors or traces of cigarettes, will be automatically deducted from the security deposit

OUR CHALETS ARE NO PETS

For allergy reasons, no animals are allowed in the cabins and on the grounds

  • Any additional cleaning costs related to the presence of animals will be automatically deducted from the security deposit

TENANT'S COMMITMENT  

. The main renter must be 25 years of age and over and be present during the stay.

. The tenant cannot assign his rights or sublet the building.

. The tenant is responsible for the actions of all other people on the rental premises. Only registered guests who are included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the chalet.

. The tenant must notify the landlord as soon as the tenant becomes aware of a defect and / or breakage of equipment, furniture and the building. Any abusive use or not attributable to normal wear and tear of the building or of the property furnishing it causing stains, breakage or defect will be repaired or replaced entirely at the expense of the tenant.

. The number of occupants mentioned when signing the contract must be respected. The maximum capacity is 4 people.

RESPECT FOR PLACES AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD

. At all times, the tenant and his guests undertake to respect the premises and the neighborhood by adopting reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area.

. At all times, an acceptable noise level must be observed, both indoors and outdoors. Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. noise should be kept to a minimum.

. The tenant agrees to respect the rented premises and to return them to the same condition as on arrival.

. The furniture and objects available to the tenant must be treated with care and used only for the use for which they are intended.

. Fireworks are prohibited at all times.

. It is forbidden to make fires on the site other than the outdoor location provided for this purpose. The spark arrester must remain closed at all times. It is forbidden to put anything other than the wood you have purchased. You must stick to a small amount of wood at a time. The fire must be completely extinguished if left unattended. The fire must be under the constant supervision of an adult.

. It is forbidden to hold parties and gatherings of all kinds.

. It is strictly forbidden to set up a tent or a trailer on the site.

. It is important to always supervise your children as fires, spa and lake are nearby.

. It is forbidden to enter the shed.

  • Warning: the chalets may be equipped with exterior cameras and / or a decibel monitoring system. These do not record any sound or conversation and no image but monitor the decibel level and send alerts if the level exceeds a certain threshold or if the system is deactivated. Disabling these systems will involve full retention of the security deposit.

  • Also we have a security team who can come by at any time to do the surveillance however rest assured that they will not disturb you if all goes well.

  • Tenants who do not respect the premises or disturb several times will be required to vacate the premises without reimbursement.

INTERIOR OF THE CHALET

. If possible, it is best to walk around the chalet without shoes.

. It is important to always keep the exterior doors of the house closed.

. It is important to make sure that the windows of the chalet will be properly closed during the rains or when you are away.

. We ask that you do not use the comforters for the night out of respect for other visitors.

. It is strictly forbidden to put any item likely to burn the surfaces on the counters and the kitchen island.

. You are responsible for placing placemats, tablecloth, coasters or trivets on the dining table as well as on the living room tables.

. You must store DVDs and board games in the same place.

. In the toilet, only toilet paper should be discarded. (No towel, tampon, wipe, condom, etc.) and nothing should be thrown in the sinks and the tub. If these items clog the plumbing, you will have to pay the plumber's bill and repair the damage.

. Household waste must not be accumulated inside the chalet.

INTERIOR FIREPLACE

. You must make sure that no interior fireplace fires are active during your absence. You have the obligation to be present during fires.

. The spark screen must remain closed at all times when there is a fire, even when you leave.

. The fire must be under the constant supervision of an adult.

. It is forbidden to put anything other than the wood you have purchased in the fireplace.

. You must stick to small amount of wood at a time in the fireplace.

BBQ

. It is important to make sure you close the BBQ propane tank.

. You are responsible for cleaning and replacing the cover after using the BBQ.

BEACH

. We have access to the beach at Lake Tyrol. However, neighboring residents want peace and quiet so please be careful with noise.

. You are responsible for making sure you put the pedal boat out of the water and set it upside down along the hedge.

. Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.

. You are responsible for wearing a life jacket when in the water. Life jackets will not be provided by the landlord. Remember to bring your own!

. It is strictly forbidden to use a boat or a motor boat on Lake Tyrol.

SPA

. All children must be under adult supervision.

. The tenant and his guests agree to shower before using the spa in order to remove creams, deodorants, etc.

. Use only plastic cups when in or around the spa.

. Open the spa cover with care and always close the cover as soon as you exit the spa.

. Maintain the spa temperature at all times between 98'c and 102'c.

. Always turn off the water jets before closing the spa cover.

. If products are to be added, precise instructions will be left to you. Otherwise, add nothing to the water.

  • The tenant will be responsible for the costs of cleaning or repairing the spa if it is damaged by abuse or improper use. (Glass breakage, excessive dirt, etc.)

PARKING

. You are responsible for parking all vehicles in the chalet parking area. (No vehicles on the side of the road in winter)

. It is essential not to damage the terrain when you park your snowmobiles or ATVs.

YOUR DEPARTURE

. The tenant must leave the premises, chalet, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and in its initial location.

. In order to provide a memorable stay for guests who come in after you, we allocate a fixed amount of time with our housekeeping team. If their cleaning time should exceed since the chalet is in poor condition, or too dirty, a supplement will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Start the dishwasher

  • Empty the bins and put them in the bin outside

  • Put down your soiled towels and tablecloth to use in the bath

  • Use the broom to pick up any mess

  • Make sure that the fire in the fireplace is completely extinguished and the door is properly closed.

  • Make sure the windows are properly closed and the front door is securely locked

  • A supplement will be deducted from the tenant's security deposit if the landlord finds that the cleanliness of the chalet is deemed unsatisfied.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The tenant agrees to release the landlord from any liability for any obligations, losses, thefts or damages resulting from harm or damage caused or suffered on the premises rented by the tenant, by the occupants or by the guests, or resulting from the carelessness. , negligence or bad behavior by people entering, occupying or visiting the rented premises. The owner will not be held responsible for medical expenses or any other obligations for damages or injuries sustained on the premises.

The chalet is rented for vacationing purposes only and does not constitute a housing lease within the meaning of the housing management law.

The tenant agrees to comply with these rental regulations. Failure to comply with one or more rules will result in a penalty on your security deposit. If additional measures need to be taken, we will take the necessary steps.
